So remember that pretty material that Isabelle sent me from Japan? Well, here is the bag that I made with it. I absolutely LOVE it. Let me know what you think, please?!
There are a couple of different shots, one is of the front outside, with the polkadot pocket,
then the inside with my sock yarn and Knitting Rules! Book also is lined in polkadots,
the outside back is the sheep material. It is very sturdy and I think I made it well. It has been great using it out with the kids running errands and paying bills.
The final picture is of my husband and my 2 1/2 year old son. It is the first nice picture of my husband that I have been able to take in a long time. So I wanted to post it here.
Have a great day Everyone!!

Check this out!
Yesterday I got a letter from Isabelle and inside it was this beautiful fabric. She is my penpal in Japan. We met on Ravelry through the For the Love of Letters Group. I have the perfect thing in mind, I will post pics on that in a couple of days. Thanks Isabelle!
Now above is a picture of my first yarn that I spun all by myself on my drop spindle. It is a little sad looking but I am proud of myself. I am still working on it but time is limited right now. Just wanted to post some pics. Have a nice day!

Handmade Knitting Box-Spinning Box
Check this out, this is what my father in law designed recently. We are going to be selling them. There is a compartment for your magazines or books, a big compartment for your project, a smaller cubby for notions, and a pull out tray with compartments. Also the top flips over and there is a stand to hold it up for more space. How awesome. Such a great addition to your knitting and spinning nook. A must have for any crafter. If anyone is interested in them, please email me and we can make arrangements. I am also sure the color could be chosen if they are custom made.
