Pay if Forward
I was reading Megan's blog and came across the Pay it Forward, it is a handmade chain. She joined on her friend Prairie Girl's blog. When you participate you get a handmade gift in return you Pay it Forward, and then make a gift for someone. It sounds like a lot of fun. Please leave a comment if you are interested and I will send a package out in April, One in May, and One in June. So the first three people to sign on will have some fun. Thanks and have a good day!!
Ephrem Laughing
Here is a short clip of Ephrem laughing. You will have to excuse my sounds that I was making in order to get him laughing, just being a silly mom, he is 3 months old.

Kindergarten Music Concert
I hope I did this right, Camille had a blast. She is in a navy blue dress with pink turtleneck and headband. She is toward the left of the screen. This was my first attempt with the video on my camera, so sorry for the shaking. (I also had a two year old and 3 month old in the arms also.) What a cutie. Have a great Day! Tomorrow I will post from Abby's violin concert.

Introducing, My First Baby Doll
Introducing My First Baby Doll. This is not my original design but I did make them myself. They are made custom. So, when you want one made, email me with the design preference, (clothes: Dora, Thomas, Elmo, Flowers, etc.) If you want to be surprised with the clothes pattern that is fine also. You can just specify boy or girl. Each doll is $18.00 plus s/h. The dolls are done with the sewing machine. The face is drawn on with a non-toxic fabric marker. My son owns the one in the picture and he loves it. His name is cutie pie, so cute to hear him call it that! My daughter plays with it all the time also. A safe alternative for your child. Payments can be made through Paypal or Money Orders. Contact me at luv2knit@roadrunner.com for orders and questions. Thank You.

My First Design
Baby Blanket
Size 8 needles
Yarn used: Plymouth Encore Worsted Weight Yarn in 2 balls each in colors 1405, 436, 7119. (75% acrylic, 25% wool 100g=200yds)
Stitches used: Stockinette Stitch, Stacked Blocks, Double Moss Stitch, Goblets, Lizard Lattice, Moss Stitch Parallelograms, Pennants, Right & Left Diagonal Brocade, Garter Stitch, Seed Stitch.
11 squares, 10 squares are 50 stitches wide by 40 rows. 1 square is 50 stitches wide by 80 rows.
First Square is Stockinette Stitch Knit on Rs, purl on Ws. This square is 50 stitches wide and 80 rows long. I duplicate stitched the name on. (duplicate stitch is worked with a tapestry needle and same weight yarn. To work the duplicate stitch bring the threaded tapestry needle up from the back of the base of the V of the knit stitch to be covered. Insert the needle under both loops of the stitch in the row above it, and pull the needle through. Then you insert the needle through to the back of the work.)
Second through Tenth Square are 50 stitches wide and 40 rows. Each square has its own pattern.
Center Stockinette Stitch Square and sew one square on top and bottom and sew four squares on each side in any order. I crocheted the squares together. Then finish with crocheting the edging around. I used each color single crocheted around two rounds.

So what would you say we should do?????? spend some time alone. But, nnoooooooooo, here is what we spent the better half of two hours on, can anyone say animal photo shoot? he was playing with the dog and I was playing with the camera. We had so much fun. So, here they are. Ali the black lab, nelly the cat, and crookshanks the gerbil (the new gerbil, joined the photo shoot the next day when dear daughter came home from memiere's house with her)
