First off I would like to say a big thank you for visiting my blog from the Moda Bake Shop. This is my first treat, and I hope you like it! My name is Stacey, and I have been married to my absolute best friend for 11 years so far, and we have 4 children together. I love to quilt, and read, sew, and knit. I have been working hard on designing and I hope you like what I have to offer. Today I have a wallet tutorial available over at the Moda Bake Shop blog, and in celebrating my first treat there, I am going to offer the actual wallet that I made during my tutorial up for a giveaway. So one lucky winner will win their own wallet already made. How to enter is real simple, leave me a comment, AND become a follower on my blog. You need to do both things to qualify, and make sure you leave a way for me to contact you in case you are the winner. This giveaway will be open for a week, I will close the contest on June 18th at midnight, and will post the winner on Sunday June 19th.

I'm back in Clinton this summer - getting our house ready to sell. It's great meeting new Maine quilters - even though I am so far away now. This design is lovely! I'll go right on making one for myself tomorrow evening. This is the perfect holiday purse. Great way to keep some small change and the most important cards with you without risking my actual wallet getting lost or stolen on the beach.
I think I'll add a zipper pocket on one side instead of a second card slot unit to keep small change (for ice cream and stuff ;-) ) in place.
Hello Stacey! This is a lovely design! I'll start right away to make one for me. I'll make a great holiday wallet where you wouldn't want to risk all the stuff in your everyday wallet to get lost or stolen on the beach.
