Full Bag Picture, and some Spinning Progress!!

So, here is the full bag pic I promised. Also some pics of my second spinning attempt ever! I am proud of myself. I just wish I could spin more but with four kids, that time is limited. Maybe when the baby gets a little older. I have been taking care of sick boys, hopefully they will feel better soon! That's all for now, Be Safe!

Another Bag, more Fabric, more bags to come!

Well, I finished my new knitting bag, it is the brown quilted bag with cream interior, oh and did I forget to mention the sheep on it??? I did not realize until now that I did not take a full picture, so I will do that soon. Until then I will add the pics I already taken.

I also have some cool green fabric that I am unsure of what to do with.

The other two pics are material for my daughters bags that I am making them for their birthdays this year. I am so excited! They like bags as much as I do. So it is very fun making for them also.

I am going to the Fiber Frolic this Saturday with my boys. I will make sure to post pics and stuff when I come home. Have a good week, I need to take care of my sick boys. Hopefully they will be feeling better by then.

Eight Years Ago.......................May 20, 2000

Eight years ago...........................................................is when I became Mrs. Shawn Carey

Above is our wedding day picture! We had a very simple outdoor wedding with our families. There was a live band and we had buffet style BBQ. Each guest was asked to bring a dish. It was such a nice casual day!

The photo above is a picture of our family the day of our wedding. Abby was about a year and a half old. She was dressed in her sailor dress. (My brother was in the Navy at the time!)

Here is the happy couple having their first dance. I would not change anything about that day, EVER!!!! The most perfect wedding in my eyes!
This year we spent time together as a family and ate a really good meal and watched two movies, simple but great!

Thank You Shawn for loving me and being the best friend I have always dreamed of!

What a Happy Mother's Day!

Well, we actually did not do all that much. We had a yard sale to sell the wood products that my husband and his father have been making. Made some money. Camille made me some presents at school (she is in kindergarten), nice nice. I got my knitting box and 3 rose bushes. Also for dinner I had two small lobsters. All in all it was a very nice day, Thanks to my kids and husband!!! Here are some pics of my presents.
